Raja Krishnamoorthi of Illinois and Sara Jacobs of California.

The letters ended up resolved to executives at five information companies, including SafeGraph, Electronic Envoy and Placer.ai. Another batch of letters was despatched to executives of well being applications that track fertility cycles, like Flo Health, Glow and BioWink GmbH.

The letters questioned the firms to provide documents by July 21.
