From the north
Interstate 65 to West Avenue Exit (#114). Convert west (suitable) on 11th Avenue which gets 10th Avenue. Adhere to 10th Avenue right up until you see the VA Health care Centre on the remaining hand side of the street.
I-69 South to I-465, south to I-70, west to I-65 North to West Avenue Exit (#114). Switch west (correct) on 11th Street which turns into 10th Road. Abide by 10th Avenue until finally you see the VA Medical Heart on the remaining hand facet of the street.
From the south

Adhere to 16th Road to Stadium Drive. Switch south (appropriate) onto Stadium Generate. Adhere to Stadium Travel to 10th Street. Turn west (appropriate) onto 10th Street. Stick to 10th Avenue until eventually you see the VA Healthcare Center on the still left hand aspect of the highway.
From the east
