Northwest Michigan Heath Services will be opening a full service clinic this spring at 148 Parkdale Ave. in Manistee. However, an exact date has not been set.

MANISTEE — Northwest Michigan Health Services Inc announced recently that it has completed a rebrand and launched a new website to better serve patients throughout northwest Michigan by having medical, dental and behavioral health services all in one place.
“As an established nonprofit organization and a federally-qualified health center, NMHSI’s rebrand emphasizes their positive approach to health care, believing quality health care is within reach for everyone living in the region, regardless of health insurance coverage,” read a news release in part. “The new brand also focuses on the patient experience, highlighting available support for overcoming barriers to health care – cost, time, transportation, language – so every patient can heal, smile and breathe.”
The news release said that the health services’ new website – nmhsi.org – will also reflect the new brand and the organization’s dedication to bringing wellness to life.

It also gives “quick looks” into each of the five health centers and related providers. The new website also highlights the patient support services that are available to help patients overcome barriers to health care.
The organization, in the press release, said that “from low-cost services to extended hours, mobile clinics, sliding fee and discount drug programs and interpreter services, NMHSI finds every opportunity to care for children and adults of all ages. Career opportunities are also highlighted on the new website for prospective providers and staff who are interested in advancing the mission of NMHSI.”
