With most people’s new year resolutions now two months in the rearview mirror, it might be time for a bit of a strengthen a reminder that all those aims never have to go by the wayside, and that a healthy life-style truly is doable.

Lucy Sorenson, registered dietitian for the LiVe Properly Center at Intermountain St. George Regional Clinic, reported it can be as primary and drilling down to identify the specifics of an individual’s overall health objectives.

“People say, ‘I know what to do, I just don’t do it,’ or ‘I don’t know how to do it,’” Sorenson said. “But figuring out what the ‘it’ is, which is an imperative stage. They may possibly say, ‘I want to get rid of 50 kilos,’ but that is not what is motivating them. It may truly be, ‘I want to go going for walks with my buddies and not really feel out of breath’, or ‘I want to get off my cholesterol medicine.’”
