Lagos Condition Authorities, by the Constructing Command Company (LABSCA), reported it would shortly begin issuance of the certification of health and fitness to new structures in the state.

The rebranded certification of completion and health and fitness for habitation, it claimed, would be provided to entrepreneurs or builders of buildings that have met satisfactory requirements for constructing design.

LABSCA Typical Manager, Gbolahan Oki, in a statement, yesterday, reported the certificates would be issued to house owners of new structures that have been handed as a result of all levels of developing design and accredited by LASBCA making industry experts.

Oki noted that the present aged buildings that have successfully carried out the non-destructive structural integrity exam done by Lagos Point out Materials Screening Laboratory and deemed stable would be certified.
